The new year has arrived. What better way to celebrate than with some aged Burgundy.
From our museum stock we have selected 12 wines.
For the whites we have chosen the great 2014 white vintage – currently ten years old. We have three Chablis from this monumental year and three serious Premier Crus from the Cote de Beaune.
For the reds we have flipped to 2015 which are now 10 years of age. The vintage was outstanding for reds and some say is a 10/10 vintage. Six fine Premier Crus will show just how good the vintage is.
The wines will be accompanied by a 4-Course meal at one of our favourite venues - Lee Ho Fook.
We all know how much the price of Burgundy has risen over the last decade. We have chosen to put the wines on at historic prices making them quite a bargain.
As we only have one bottle of some of the wines this dinner is limited to 12 people. Early booking is suggested!
