Screwcap. Vibrant nose of citrus zest, white stone fruit, fresh cut apples and salty seaside aromas. Crisp and tangy on the palate with considerable zip. Finishes dry and refreshing with a long line of acidity. Somewhat reminiscent of Chablis with but with different fruit flavours. One can imagine sitting by the seaside sipping this with a platter of cold seafood. Could this be the best wine in the world for oysters?
Beautiful pale and clear yellow colour. Nice fruity and floral nose of scents of citrus, white flowers and menthol. On the palate the wine is fresh with a very good balance between roundness, vivacity and fruity. The finish is long and subtle with good aromatic persistence.
