Burghound
Here too there is enough wood and menthol characters to remark upon framing the denser if less elegant aromas of red cherry, dark raspberry and forest floor nuances. There is excellent volume and mid-palate concentration with an abundance of dry extract that does a nice job of buffering the noticeably firmer tannic spine shaping the powerful, youthfully austere and ever-so-mildly rustic finale. At least some patience strongly advised.

Expansive nose with dark cherry, spice. liquorice and minerally earth. The palate is rich, powerful and chewy displaying more tannin and muscle than the other wines here. Plenty of extract and destined for a long life.
The Fine Wine Review
Last in this group, the Teurons is dense and pure with dark fruit and excellent penetration. There’s more tannin showing here than in the others, not surprising, as this wine is from the southern part of Beaune, not far from Pommard.
