70% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre. Deep, intense red color. The reflections are bright carmine. Good clarity. The very dark color makes the wine not very bright. The nose is open, on black fruits and spices. An impression of power emerges very clearly as soon as you put your nose in the glass. When aired, cocoa, liquorice and wild blackberries make the wine warm, making it a winter wine. A hint of minerality (graphite, flint) typical of the appellation. The rich palate does not disappoint and stays in style. We imagine drinking it with roasted meat, game, dishes of character - especially with truffles. Decanting possible. An imposing wine with a strong character.
