From a small parcel near the Clos de la Roche in this premier cru nestled amid the grands crus. The vines were planted in 1957 in thin soils and produce a wine of intense concentration. Somewhat slow to open, with time it reveals an intense concentration of red and black fruit, savoury, mineral notes and prodigious extract, with the tannic grip to carry the wine to a very long finish. (Drink between 2024-2039). 95 Points
