Another glowing mid purple. Lower on the slope with more marl and clay, a wine which takes a little bit longer than Beauregard to show. Darker cherry in fruit, shows perhaps a little bit more heat, very good acidity, the oak is quite modern, but this is juicy and appealing with its black cherry fruit. Tasted: February 2021
