This village Meursault is a blend of different plots, including half of the Clos de la Baronne, acquired from René Manuel in 2011, along with fruit from Gruyaches and Crotot. The bunches are lightly crushed prior to settling and fermentation in cask, with a modest proportion of new wood, and the result is classic Roulot, with a bright, up front, lemony fruit, a strong mineral component and breadth on the palate that opens with time in the glass.
