This is also notably ripe with liqueur-like aromas of plum, dark currant and violet scents leading to more refined but less concentrated and powerful medium weight flavors that exhibit an appealing touch of salinity on the less structured but nicely persistent, dusty and complex finish. Wine Spectator
A well of black cherry, black currant, iron and toasty, vanilla-tinged oak marks this silky red. It firms up nicely, remaining vibrant through the lingering, fruit- and spice-infused aftertaste. Best from 2023 through 2038.
