Albert Bichot

Albert Bichot

From 1350 the Bichot family was established in Burgundy, with a deer as its symbol. However, it was not until the 19th century that the family entered the wine business with the foundation of a brokering service in 1831.

The family heritage has been passed from farther to son and Alberic Bichot, the current owner, is the sixth generation to run the house.

This is the negociant arm of the impressive Albert Bichot operation. The wines are made with the same care and attention to detail as the Domaine wines. The house is rapidly gaining a reputation as the finest in Burgundy. It is consistently a winner of major awards and the wines are reviewed very well by all major writers.
