The Boursot family has lived in Chambolle Musigny since 1550. Rémy Boursot represents the thirteenth generation of winemakers. In 1993, along with his wife Annick, he created a merchant's business Boursot Père & Fils to provide a larger sélection of Bourgogne wines. The wines are produced respecting the "terroir" and the expertise of their ancestors.
