Floral notes on the nose give way to a savoury, dried-herbs style with fine-grain tannin - a 'long' wine. The 2014 Pinot Noir is textured and layered and will develop in the bottle to produce forest floor character - make it a great complement to meat dishes. This wine will continue to improve in the bottle for 5 years at least.
