Pre Arrival Schedule

Pre Arrival:

Buying pre-arrival means that you are guaranteed an allocation of stock at a confirmed reduced price that will not increase even as prices can occasionally fluctuate during the pre-arrival period.

The logistical process of arranging pre-delivery is complex and challenging when consolidating many different wines across many different regions. For this reason we will only “ANTICIPATE” the delivery schedule on the pre-arrival page until we can confirm that it is ready to be shipped when at that point we will update its status on the pre-arrival page as “ESTIMATED”. Once the vessel has left its port of origin and gets closer to its destination we will update the status as “ARRIVING”. This occasionally may take longer than expected but we will always try our best to expedite full containers the quickest way possible.

Once the vessel has docked one of our staff will notify you of its arrival and begin organising a convenient time to deliver your order.
